Refunds

Event Changes & Cancellations

In the unlikely event that a session must be cancelled due to severe weather or safety concerns, customers will be offered either:

a transfer to another available date, or
a refund of the ticket price, excluding the booking fee.
The Christmas Express operates in most weather conditions and will only be cancelled where management considers it unsafe to proceed.

Capacity & Booking Confirmation

Each 30-minute time slot has a maximum capacity of 55 guests.
All guests, including infants, must have a valid ticket to attend.
Once your booking is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please present your booking confirmation, either digitally or printed, at check-in.

Arrival Time

All guests must arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled time slot to allow sufficient time for check-in. Please ensure that you are parked, on-site and at the Check-In Area inside the Barn no later than 15 minutes before your booked time. This is essential to allow our team to check everyone in and ensure the experience departs on schedule. Late arrival may result in you missing your scheduled departure.

Experience Information

The Christmas Express is an outdoor experience. Please dress appropriately for winter weather conditions.
The full experience lasts approximately 70 - 90 minutes.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times throughout the experience.
Guests are required to follow all instructions given by staff to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all visitors.
For safety reasons, guests must remain seated while the train is in motion unless otherwise instructed by a member of staff.

Accessibility

The experience is largely accessible; however, due to the nature of the venue and train transport, some areas may have limited access.
If you have specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting us in advance.

Photography & Promotional Use

By attending The Christmas Express, you acknowledge and agree that you and members of your party may be photographed or filmed during the experience.
These images and recordings may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be included, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

Food & Allergies

Some food and drink products provided during the experience may contain or have been prepared in environments where common allergens are present. Guests with food allergies or dietary requirements should notify a member of staff before consuming any products..

Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. While every effort will be made to assist in locating lost property, The Christmas Express cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Ticket Use

Right of Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest where their behaviour, conduct, presence or circumstances are reasonably considered to pose a risk to the safety, security or wellbeing of guests, staff or children attending the event. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Smoking & Animals

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the experience except in any designated smoking areas.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted within the experience.

Liability

Guests attend The Christmas Express at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Force Majeure

The Christmas Express reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel sessions where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, power failures, government restrictions, public health emergencies or other unforeseen events affecting the safe operation of the experience.
